2. Products
We specialise in men’s, women’s, family, and children’s hampers. All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and quality.
Images are for illustrative purposes only, and contents or packaging may vary slightly.
Full ingredient and allergen information can be provided upon request. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before consumption.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed through our website only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that all details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock issues.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at checkout before dispatch.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.
Ownership of goods passes to you once payment is received and goods are dispatched.
5. Delivery
We deliver across the UK mainland. Delivery times provided are estimates only; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect address details.
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate—incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur redelivery charges.
Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered.
6. Cancellations and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our hampers, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Hampers for Children
Parents and guardians are responsible for checking all contents before use. We cannot be held liable for misuse or unsupervised use of products by children.
8. Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Our hampers may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, gluten, and dairy. We cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free.
9. Gift Messages and Personalisation
We reserve the right to refuse or edit messages that are offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
10. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud.
