Thank you for shopping with Hampartistry. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery of our hampers and gifts purchased through our website www.hampartistry.com.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the UK mainland only.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery time frames are provided at checkout and vary depending on location and courier service.
Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by weather, courier issues, or busy seasonal periods are beyond our control.
- Orders placed during peak seasons (such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day) may require additional processing time.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
We occasionally offer free or discounted delivery promotions, which will be clearly advertised when available.
4. Order Processing and Dispatch
Once your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will begin preparing your hamper.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking information (where available).
All orders are shipped via reliable UK couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri.
5. Delivery Instructions
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete before checkout.
We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact hampartistry@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once the parcel has been dispatched.
6. Missed Deliveries or Redelivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually leave a card or email notification with redelivery options. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, redelivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Parcels
We take great care when packing our hampers. If your parcel arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please email hampartistry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Delivery to Multiple Addresses
Each order can only be shipped to one address. To send hampers to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
9. Risk of Loss
Once the hamper is delivered to the address provided, ownership and risk of loss pass to the recipient.
