Thank you for shopping with Hampartistry. Please read this policy carefully as it complies with UK consumer law.

1. Order Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Returns
We do not accept returns for unwanted or perishable items. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before returning any product—unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hampartistry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

5. Corporate and Bulk Orders
Cancellations for corporate or bulk orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Customised or personalised orders cannot be refunded once production begins.
